싱가포르 MAS가 디지털결제토큰 서비스제공자(DPTSPs)에 구체적 이행 기준을 제시했다.

DPTSPs는 고위험 고객에 대해 강화 고객실사(ECDD)를 실시해야 한다. 자산출처(SOW)·자금출처(SOF)는 반드시 독립 증빙으로 확인해야 한다.

FATF 트래블룰 이행은 전 세계적으로 불완전하다. MAS는 이행 여부와 무관하게 모든 가치이전 거래에 적합한 위험 완화 조치를 요구한다.

DPTSPs는 디지털결제토큰(DPT)과 법정화폐 거래를 통합해 이상 패턴을 탐지하는 상시 모니터링 체계를 갖춰야 한다.
